Volunteer Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate volunteer to join our team as the Program Manager for the "Let's Build!" initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a meaningful program that impacts community development and nutrition in Myanmar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the "Let's Build!" program, ensuring it aligns with NutriSST’s mission and goals.

• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve program objectives, focusing on empowering women, improving nutritional outcomes, and promoting health activities.

• Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

• Project Management: Oversee project activities, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Help develop and implement frameworks to measure program impact and effectiveness.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements for stakeholders and funders.

• Capacity Building: Train and mentor program staff and community members to build local capacity and ensure long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Agriculture, Development Studies, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in program management, community development, public health, or nutrition is highly desirable.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.

• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is an asset.
